  • If a student has exhausted all possible attempts with the institution and thinks the institution was unable to satisfactorily resolve the complaint, the student may contact the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) and file a complaint at .
    
    If a student wishes to file a complaint about the institution having a substantive problem in its ability to meet the Criteria for Accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), the national accrediting body for Â鶹ӰÒô, the student can file a complaint with the HLC. The student can go to the HLC’s webpage  to see the type of complaints that the commission will review and the process involved for filing an appropriate complaint.

Professional Licensure and Certification Disclosures

Federal regulations require Rosalind Franklin University to publicly disclose, for each educational program designed to meet educational requirements for a specific professional license or certification required for employment in an occupation (or advertised as meeting those requirements), information about whether program completion would meet those requirements in a state.  All degree and certificate programs at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (Â鶹ӰÒôMS) are approved by the Illinois Board of Higher Education and accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Please click on the Disclosures link below to view the disclosure information for each program.

State requirements are subject to change. These statements and program completion do not guarantee licensure. Students should review licensure requirements, including non-educational requirements such as certification/examination, work experience, background checks, etc., for the states in which they intend to seek certification/licensure. Current students relocating to a new state should also review that state's licensure requirements and contact your program to discuss any questions or concerns they may have.

SARA Membership

Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science has been approved by Illinois to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. NC-SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education. Additional information can be found on the SARA website.
