There are many benefits to being a Preceptor for the Rosalind Franklin University PA program. All Preceptors accumulate CME 2 credits for being a PA Clinical Preceptor and PA Preceptors can receive AAPA Category 1 CME for their precepting efforts. AAPA PA Preceptorship CME is earned at a rate of 2 AAPA Category 1 CME credits per PA student per 40-hour week. If a PA Clinical Preceptor has more than one student at a time, additional CME 1 credit is awarded. At the end each clinical year PA Preceptors will be contacted by the Â鶹ӰÒô PA Department to complete a brief survey prior to receiving the CME 1 certificate.
