Hope T. Bilyk, MS, RD, LDN, currently serves as an assistant professor in the nutrition department at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, College of Health Professions, and Chicago Medical School. She completed her Master of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics at Finch University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School, where she was honored with the Outstanding Graduate Research Award in Nutrition in 1995. Ms. Bilyk was also the recipient of the Rosalind Franklin University Excellence in Teaching Award in 2011. Her scholarly contributions have been cited in over 225 papers, international journals, and textbooks. She has delivered numerous distinguished presentations on nutrition, both nationally and internationally.
In the state of Illinois, Ms. Bilyk is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist. She maintains affiliations with professional organizations such as the American Dietetic Association, SCAN (Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutritionists), and is a founding member of Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine (DIFM), among others. With over 20 years of experience in clinical settings, she has also been an esteemed educator at Â鶹ӰÒô, where she has taught on-campus and online/distance courses since 1997.
