Lauren B. Angelo, PharmD, MBA is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science College of Pharmacy. She received her PharmD and MBA degrees from Drake University and completed her community pharmacy residency training at the University of North Carolina with Kerr Drug. She has previously taught at Butler University and the University of Maryland. Dr. Angelo also spent time working for the American Pharmacists Association where she focused on the development and enhancement of live continuing pharmacy education programs. Specializing in both immunizations and MTM, she travels throughout the country as a national faculty instructor to teach both the Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery and Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services certificate training programs. Dr. Angelo spent six years as an Associate Editor for the Journal of the American Pharmacists Association and has authored several books, which include topics on immunizations, MTM, and residency program development. In 2015, she completed the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy Academic Leadership Fellows Program. She serves on numerous College and University committees, as well as national advisory boards and expert review panels. Dr. Angelo is a frequent speaker at professional meetings and an active volunteer with the Interprofessional Community Clinic at Â鶹ӰÒôMS and the Medical Reserve Corps in Evanston, Illinois.
