Dr. Ferszt has been a CRNA since 2021 after receiving his Doctor of Nursing practice from Rosalind Franklin University, where he began educating as a teaching assistant in the nurse anesthesia program. He also received his BSN from Michigan State University. He has been mentoring students and involved in simulation, research, and anesthesia education since graduating in 2021. He currently practices at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, IL. His interests include obstetric, trauma, and regional anesthesia, as well as POCUS. He now serves as assistant professor with involvement throughout the course curriculum.
