Chemicals in use at Â鶹ӰÒôMS present a wide range of health hazards (irritation, sensitization, toxicity and carcinogenicity) and physical hazards (combustibility, flammability, corrosivity, and reactivity). Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Hazard Communication Standard () establishes that employees have both a "Right-To-Understand" what chemical hazards they may face in the workplace and access to training on how to protect themselves against those hazards. To maintain compliance with the Standard, Â鶹ӰÒôMS:
has developed a training program for all employees with potential exposure to chemical hazards
